The Fenton Art Festival is a fine arts market featuring over 60 artists selling original watercolors, oil and acrylics, mixed media, illustrations, prints, sculpture and more.

Enjoy workshops, demonstrations and opportunities to make public art in one of the Triangle's premier destinations.

Sunday, September 14, 2025 from 11 AM to 3 PM at FENTON.

Fenton attracts over 1 million visitors a year. The center supports the arts through numerous public art installations. The Fenton Art Festival will allow visitors to connect with art in a meaningful way.

Artist Application

Apply to be an exhibitor at Fenton Art Festival. Artist applications will be juried to provide a good mix of media and styles.

Fenton is full of art around every corner. The Fenton Art Festival will capitalize on that with art activities in the Paseos (or breezeways)  that connect the parking areas to the  Main Street shopping district.

Activities will include:

  • A Public Mural Painting with Arianne Hemline

  • Demonstration Alley- 3 artists will create art that the public can watch and learn from.

  • Shalimar Waffa will paint abstract oil paintings

  • Kevin-John will create breath-taking watercolors

  • Maureen Scullin will paint a portrait with a live model

  • The Backyard Art Party will be hosted by Lune Spark and feature 3 children's art class sessions on the lawn by the Allison Apartments

  • Jamie Lynn Moore will teach a mixed-media art class using gelli plates to adults

  • Take part in a collaborative artwork with The Raleigh Colab.
